Angus Mackay helped Liss Athletic earn a 2-2 draw at Hampshire Premier League Senior Division leaders Crofton Saints.
Last season's league top scorer returned from travelling to reignite his strike partnership with Elliot Harrison.
Captain Jack Noble put Liss ahead and midfielder Theo Glazier doubled their advantage before half-time.
Mark Glazier's side had to settle for a point after Will Broadway scored in the 68th minute and Josh Harvey-Gray equalised with two minutes left.
A seven-minute Charlie Barrow hat-trick completed a 4-3 comeback victory for Liss Athletic Reserves.
Two goals from Joshua Crittenden and one from Robert Hadleigh gave visitors Hythe & Dibden a 3-0 lead with five minutes left at Newman Collard Park.
But Barrow netted in the 85th and 87th minutes, Max Butler equalised in the 90th minute and Barrow finished the job two minutes into stoppage time to put Chris Allcock’s unbeaten reserves top of the Hampshire Combination & Development Football League Division One for Christmas.
