Alton teenage seamer Dan Scott has helped Hampshire’s young cricketers win the ECB Under-17 County Championship. He took 15 wickets in this season’s successful campaign which climaxed with a superb 22-run over Warwickshire in the final at Arundel. Hampshire recovered from 127-6 to post 276-9 and then bowled Warwickshire out for 254, with Scott taking the first wicket.
