Vintage swing and a dash of classic rock ’n’ roll will be enjoyed in The Jive Aces’ high-energy live show at the Theatre Royal Winchester on January 26 at 7.30pm.

The band, which has been together for more than 25 years, will perform a repertoire of timeless tunes from the swing era to the glitzy days of the Rat Pack, with favourites from Bobby Darin, Sammy Davis Jr and Ella Fitzgerald, plus a selection of original tunes.

In their trademark yellow suits, The Jive Aces have been entertaining audiences around the world for three decades with swing music and their classic vintage style, singing smooth ballads and honking rhythm and blues, performing around 250 live shows per year.

The Jive Aces have played for the likes of the Queen and sold out the Royal Albert Hall. They became the first band to reach the final of ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent; and won awards for their contribution to music, plus charity work, and for their music videos.

They have also worked with celebrities including Van Morrison, Status Quo, Jamie Cullum and Priscilla Presley, They give a show of vintage-style entertainment for all ages.
