STAFF at Turner’s Pie shop in Petersfield have put their crust in Lord Sugar to make their owner the next Apprentice.

Phil Turner has swapped the bakery for the boardroom as he’s vying for the £250,000 prize investment in the hit BBC show.

His staff have urged customers to get behind Phil in his journey through “the UK’s toughest interview process,” with a large poster of their candidate appearing in the window of the Rams Walk shop.
