Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses after five high-value bicycles were stolen from a cycle shop in Haslemere.

Officers were called to reports of a burglary at MB Cyclery on West Street in the early hours of Tuesday, April 9 at 2.54am.

The shutters to the independent, rider-owned and run bicycle shop were damaged and five expensive bicycles stolen.

MB Cyclery’s website lists the most expensive bike sold by the shop as an Italian Pinarello road bike, valued at £11,250.
