Got a weekend, some energy, and a love of community spirit? Then the 2026 Haslemere Fringe Festival wants you!

The festival returns from Friday 3 to Sunday 5 July – all run by an incredible team of volunteers.

This year’s Fringe will support six local charities, and organisers say volunteers are the heartbeat of the whole event, keeping everything running smoothly while helping to keep ticket prices low for everyone.

There are a range of three-hour volunteer shifts available across the weekend, and you’ll get a full briefing beforehand so you know exactly what you’re doing. Over 16s only.

Best part? You’ll get free entry on your volunteer day – and can enjoy the rest of the festival for nothing.
