MEMBERS of the Farnham School of Tae Kwon Do squad returned to action at the TSA Tournament, hosted by the renowned TSA Club in Kent.
There were some exceptional performances from the Farnham competitors, both in traditional patterns and point-stop sparring.
Melissa and Will Oxley won gold and silver respectively in their keenly contested patterns division.
Patterns are a technical aspect of Tae Kwon Do, comprising a set of attacking and defensive movements executed in a logical sequence. The judges looks for excellent technique, focus and power.
There was success, too, for Farnham in the sparring. Will Oxley prevailed in extra time in the final of the adult sparring to win the second gold of the day for the Oxley family. Nine-year-old Monty Warner, meanwhile, won the silver medal in his category.
