Petersfield Town’s women’s team win first match against Stubbington

Petersfield Town’s new women’s team won their first match.

The team have 30 women signed up and beat Stubbington 5-3 in a friendly.

Petersfield Town head of female football John Lowe said: “We won 5-3 – which was a fantastic achievement given we’ve only had five training sessions so far and the team are still getting to know each other. I’m very proud of them all.”
