THE Farnham & District Billiards & Snooker League handed out the awards for the 2015/16 season at the annual Presentation Night.

The guest snooker professional for the night at Lindford Club was world No 14 Barry Hawkins who played one-frame matches against last season’s top break-makers, Dong Lau, Darren Carter, Paul White, Terry Bradley and Prize Draw winners Tom Phillips and Ken Scott.

Barry also played a billiards match against Martin Wells. The pro had never played billiards before and the Farnham Conservatives ace duly won the match.

The match referee was Steve Markham who has been officiating at these events for 16 years.
