ANOTHER Bramshott and Liphook Parish councillor resigned last Friday, following last month's by-election which cost council tax payers a shocking £9,000.

Nikki Young, who was co-opted onto the parish council in June, 2007, stated her reasons for resigning from the parish council as "personal and due to rescheduled work commitments".
