YOUNGSTERS with an itch to get behind the wheel are invited to test their driving skills at a special motoring event next weekend.
The Autotest event will take place at Penns Place in Petersfield next Sunday, August 14, and will run from 8.30am.
On the day, people aged 14 and over will be able to practice precision driving around a specially constructed course under the supervision of professionals.
Young drivers will not need any form of licence and will just need to know how to steer and to operate the pedals. There will be an instructor in the car at all times.

Julie Butler, EHDC’s portfolio holder for customer service, said: “I think it’s fantastic that we’re running this event again, it has proved a huge success in the past and it’s sure to be great fun on Sunday too.
“I think it’s really important that young people get behind the wheel in a safe environment and learn how to control a car.”
