COUNCIL planners will learn in a few weeks if their decision to refuse development of the Silent Gardens site in Liphook will be overturned by a Government planning inspector.
Mr Simon Rawle spent two days last week listening to the arguments for and against Cove Construction's application to build 74 houses and 42 flats on the site in Portsmouth Road.
