AS summer reaches its dizzy heights, Liphook in Bloom week begins on Monday when all categories in the annual village competition will be judged.

And the Liphook in Bloom team is asking entrants to keep their displays in peak condition throughout the whole period as the Best Overall category will be the last to be scrutinised.
