THIS year’s Christmas village market attracted a large number of visitors who enjoyed a vast array of unusual gifts and crafts as well as festive performances by Liphook’s Love To Sing Choir.

Visitors could find Christmas presents by Dragonfly Dreams Jewellery and Gemstone Jewels, Eve Ward’s patchwork and crochet pieces, handmade gifts by Butterfly Kisses, hand-painted pots from Painted Garden, handmade cards by Kathleen Higgs, novelty gifts from Basketcase, and retro toys by JoJo,
There were also woodcraft products from organiser Gary Renouf and more from Chip off the Old Block, plus photographic gifts from David Tull and David Williams, home-made cakes and preserves from Lesley Holland, organic fruit and vegetables from the Honey Bee Farm, la selection of “Tropic” cosmetics from Julie Cooper, and honey from the local Busy Bee Honey Farm.
The scent of organic mulled wine drifted across the room.
The next village market is on Saturday, December 12, and the first market in 2016 takes place on Saturday, February 20, both at the Millennium centre, from between 10am and 2pm.
