VICAR of Baghdad Andrew White has defied security advice and flown into the Iraqi capital amid revelations that two more British hostages are now thought "likely to be dead."

The Liphook religous leader, who is the Rector of St George's in Baghdad, returned to the Iraqi capital last week amid a spate of fresh bombings.
