POLICE have arrested two men after a large wheelie bin was placed on the tracks and was struck by a freight train at Liphook railway station on May 15.
The incident took place the day of the FA Cup final – delaying trains for three hours as Portsmouth fans travelled to Wembley via Waterloo to see their team take on Chelsea.
