VOLUNTEERS are to be recruited to run a scheme which will target speeding and anti-social drivers in Bramshott and Liphook.

Speedwatch will follow the example put forward by police in Petersfield and Alton in the past year whereby traffic officers will train the volunteers to use a radar gun to record motorists' speeds at potential black spots.
