A PROPOSAL to introduce a 20mph speed limit and parking restrictions along Longmoor Road has sparked a heated debate.

Ruth Olczyk, of Hampshire County Council's transport team, initially wrote to Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council proposing the reduced limit.
