BOHUNT School has become a Centre of Excellence for Microsoft Office Specialist exams.
The award was introduced two years ago and there are only eleven Centres of Excellence in the South of England and 30 in the whole of the UK.
The exams give students a qualification that highlights to employers they have relevant, high quality IT skills and are therefore "work ready".
The drive that has led to Bohunt becoming a Centre of Excellence is part of the innovative IT curriculum that also sees students learning programming skills, building arcade machines and taking challenging GCSEs in Computer Science.
