EAST Hampshire County Council (EHDC) has announced that a solution to the travel problems left by the axing of the Liphook-Bordon rail link will be announced "soon".

EHDC will either supplement the current No 13 service to provide more evening trips and a loop service to Lindford, or will fund a minibus to run the old Liphook-Bordon route, as previously operated by South West Trains.
