THE row over the hiring out of the Millennium Centre's Canada Room to a tranvestite group has led to a tightening of the rules affecting all bookings at the civic centre.

Vice-chairman John Tough, who chaired the meeting of the Millennium Centre Management Committee, said the parish council was pleased that Fabuliss – the group behind the controversial bookings – had become regular hirers.
