NOTHING could dampen the spirits of the enthusiastic participants of this year's LiDBA charity bike ride.

Some 1,506 riders, 150 of which turned up on the day, took to the streets kitted out in wet-weather gear, with many supporting local charities, organisations, schools and nurseries.
