CHURCHER’S College Junior School pupils got into the Pudsey bear spirit with a spotted theme, raising £145 for Children in Need.

They also supported their chosen charity, Liphook-based Dreams Come True, raising another £145.

Brookham School children enjoyed having a mufti day and managed to raise £475, while Liphook Infant and Junior School pupils raised nearly £600 for the charity by dressing in spotty clothes.

This year’s BBC Children in Need appeal raised a whopping £50.5m, and the all-time total raised since the fundraiser began in 1980 broke through the £1billion barrier, making a massive difference to disadvantaged children and young people.
