A ROUTINE inspection of St Mary's Church in Bramshott revealed the need for major roof repairs, which are estimated to cost up to £100,000.
Every five years the diocesan architect carries out a detailed inspection of all church-owned building.
And it was during the routine inspection carried out earlier this year that the problems came to light.
