EAST Hampshire MP and Education Secretary Damian Hinds will be in Bordon next week to answer questions from the public.

Anyone wanting to know to more about the constituency work of their MP or about national issues, should pencil into their diary Friday, July 27.

The public meeting will be at the Future Skills Centre, 2 Hudson Road, Bordon, from 7pm. Attendees will also have the chance to discuss town- regeneration matters with councillors from county, district and town councils.

All Whitehill and Bordon residents are invited to the meeting.

Mr Hinds was Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury from May 2015, before becoming Employment Minister at the Department for Work and Pensions in July 2016.

Secretary of State for Education is his most senior role to date.
