MILLAND staged the village's first photography exhibition, offering its own view of the world featuring images from every continent – except Antarctica – taken by photographers who live in the parish.
Held at the Memorial Hall there were a dozen exhibitors, like Will Barker, who exhibited part of his final collection from images taken in and around Milland and the North Cornish Coast. Others included Fran Benson, a freelance journalist and writer, hobby photographer Chris Davies, who works in IT, and Josie Dew, who cycled around the world, showed eccentric scenes from her travels.
As well as a display by children from Hollycombe Primary School, Chris Grayson, a stargazer, exhibited some of his astronomical images from the skies above the Valley.
