THE fate of East Hampshire District Council's headquarters in Penns Place could be decided within months.

A draft report has been received on the value of the site which could could spell the death knell for the outdated 1970s building.

Last year, property experts Savills were asked to access the current market value of the site and come up a list of options for its possible alternative uses.
