Tony Groves, the clerk to Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council, is battling to save his reputation and his job of 10 years, The Herald can reveal.

Mr Groves, 56, has been sent on paid leave after allegedly being accused of "stalking" former councillor and vice–chairman Nikki Young, from Passfield.
