AN application for a 10-year certificate of lawful use was made by Norfolk House Holdings from Camberley for the notorious Spaniard Inn on the A3, Bramshott Chase, and debated at last week's Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council planning meeting.
The lawful development certificate was for the existing use of the derelict, listed building as a hotel and night club and was approved by the parish council.
