PARISHONERS raised major concerns about an outline planning application for a residential housing development at Lowsley Farm at Liphook parish council's planning committee meeting.

Nearly two dozen people attended Monday's meeting to air their fears, after landowner Easterton Ltd put forward the application to build on the 11-acre site, which is used for arable farming.
