BRAMSHOTT and Liphook Parish Council have written and agreed a new grant aid policy "to improve the transparency and fairness of the system".
All applications have to be received by October 31 and will be considered as part of the budget-setting process for the following year.
There will be no maximum set for grant requests, but any grants will have regard to affordability by the council and the balances held by organisations. Core status will disappear and each grant will be considered on its merits.
