Shoplifter banned from wearing wigs after series of thefts across East HampshireThe Liphook school’s choir started the evening showing their aptitude with accomplished solos from Charlie Williams, Noah Hadley, Felix Hambly, Louie Carson, Imogen Murphy, Katie Fairbrass, Daniel Davies, Oli Craven and Tatym Monk – some performing for the very first time.
The recorder group played to a rousing drum beat and drummers Freddie Taylor, Teddy Giffin and Oli Craven received applause for their impeccable timing and rock ’n’ roll attitude.
Children shared the work done they had done on the song ‘Shake My Sillies’ as well as how they had mastered singing to the tongue-twister ‘Popocatepetl is a Big Volcano.’ The concert finished with a rousing performance of the traditional Maori song Epo I Tai Tai E, which children taught to the audience so everyone could join in the finale.
