MP James Arbuthnot has added his voice to calls to provide more help for firms and entrepreneurs in North East Hampshire to get up and running and grow new business.

New Conservative proposals promise to end the current practice of pushing thousands of businesses into bankruptcy over small amounts of unpaid taxes.
