ANOTHER employment site in Liphook might be turned into a housing development, if an application for 13 houses, and demolition of existing industrial units, is passed by East Hampshire District Council.
Site owners Crownhall Estates claim no tenants have been found for units at Bleach's Yard, off Station Road, which backs onto the London-Portsmouth railway line.
They claim the new application proposes a scheme for the redevelopment of the lan which covers almost an acre.
The application for 34 Station Road, shows seven, three-bedroom and six two-bed dwellings which will be arranged as semi-detached and terraced cottages, positioned either side of the entrance driveway.
