POLICE searching for a missing Frensham teenager have found his bicycle and clothes in Alice Holt Forest.

An appeal was launched to find 17 year old Oliver (surname not supplied) on Thursday evening after he was last seen at around 11.45am that same day.

Officers in bright orange high-vis jackets were spotted searching a section of the forest near the St James’ Church, Rowledge entrance on Friday afternoon.

And Surrey Police has since confirmed Oliver’s white mountain bike, red cycling jacket and lime green cycling helmet were found at Alice Holt earlier today.

Officers believe the teen may now be wearing other clothes. He was last seen wearing black leggings and dark blue shorts.

Oliver, who was last seen in the West End area, said he was going to cycle around Alice Holt Forest but hasn’t made contact since.

A police spokesman said: "Although we have a large number of officers out looking for him, we’d still like to hear from anyone who might have seen Oliver or have information as to his whereabouts.

"He is described as white, 6ft 2 tall, with short brown hair.

"Please call us on 101 if you’ve seen Oliver, quoting PR/45200030967."
