TRANSPORT Minister Paul Clerk was due today to witness the "breakthrough" of the A3 tunnel at Hindhead.
It has been just over a year since the former Minister for Transport, Ruth Kelly inaugaurated the big dig by Balfour Beatty, working on the scheme for The Highways Agency.
