A new book about Farnham’s great and good will be launched today (Friday).
The book, Famous Farnham Figures, is a collection of stories about famous people who lived in the area, written by expert contributors and edited by Sam Osmond.
The book includes Mr Farnham and the man who owned the Herald, Sir Ray Tindle, who died earlier this year.
The book will be launched in the Garden Gallery of Farnham Museum.
Doors will open at 2.30pm, Sam will give a short introduction at 3pm, and copies will be available to view and purchase at a special launch day price of £10.
Refreshments will be served. The nearest car park is The Hart (Waitrose).
