PLANS for new recreation facilities and allotments have been dealt a blow by a last-minute application by Bohunt School last week.

Backers of the well-publicised scheme to create allotments and new sports pitches will have to find up to £21,000 from other public funds to complete the scheme after East Hampshire district councillors voted to give £25,000 to a rival bid by Bohunt School.
