THE Liphook in Bloom team has had its work put under scrutiny.

Regional judges Stevyn Ricketts and Kelvin Moss were treated to spectacular floral displays, hanging baskets, shop windows and gardens as they made their way around the village in a bid to unearth this year's winners.
