Dazzling Christmas convoy to hit the road as Tractor Run returns to Petersfield areaOrdnance Business Park, located on Midhurst Road on the former OSU site, is a joint venture between EHDC and the Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership to provide much-needed business premises.
EHDC is looking to become one of the country’s most business-friendly councils and, once occupied, the three buildings will generate rental income which will be reinvested in local economic development projects and contribute toward the district council’s plans to be financially independent.
With completion expected in November, Ordnance Business Park comprises two office buildings and a block of three industrial warehouse units. The offices will benefit from their own toilets and kitchen area.
Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell director Stuart Mitchell said: “Plans for the Ordnance Business Park have been well received locally and there is plenty of interest in both the office and industrial units currently under construction.
“With very little speculative development across East Hampshire, this mixed use development is a welcome addition to the commercial market.”
