IT'S hardly the Wild West and accounts of sheep rustling, train robberies and gunfights are pretty thin on the ground.
But Shannon Bowie and her trusty steed are ready to bring a new kind of law and order to the "badlands" north of Petersfield.
The pair, who will patrol the borderlands between Liss Forest, Rake and Liphook, are the police's latest weapon in the battle to tackle rural crime.
