THE owners of Liphook's Highfield School have revealed proposals for more than 200 homes on land surrounding the school, off Chiltley Lane and Devils Lane. The proposal has been prompted because of directives by a Government Inspector for a minimum of 175 additional houses to be built in the parish as part of the joint core strategy. Bill Mills, representating the families who own the land, made a presentation to Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council's planning committee at Monday evening's meeting, outlining the housing development.
