THE controversial Heritage Centre plan at the Millennium Centre is still proving a headache for Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council.

During Monday's meeting – the first by the parish council after its summer break – a Biffa grant application for £35,000 was discussed and deferred to next month's meeting.
