East Hampshire District Council staff are working hard to make sure homeless people in East Hampshire have the support and assistance they need to keep them safe in freezing temperatures.
On January 8 the council implemented its severe weather emergency protocol, offering support to rough sleepers while extremely cold conditions persist.
