HEAVY overnight snowfalls and sub-zero temperatures on Sunday transformed Liphook into a winter wonderland – but caused chaos.

Roads in and around the village were covered in 10 inches of snow and proved to be extremely hazardous for early morning traffic, with cars getting stuck in the middle roundabouts as the roads turned into an ice rink.
