MORE than 20 therapists came to Liphook’s Health and Harmony Day last month, raising awareness of available treatments and drumming up £281 for the village-based Dreams Come True charity.

Held at the Millennium Centre, more than 100 visitors took the opportunity to talk to therapists and explore beneficial ways to improve their well-being, enjoying a variety of taster treatments, as well as browsing the many stalls.

The event was organised by Helen Adams and Samantha Hardwick and included Reiki massage, aromatherapy, kinesiology for food intolerances, zero balancing to relieve pain and stress, Indian head massage, hypnotherapy, reflexology, meditation, crystals, colour analysis, essential oils and stress management.

A harpist provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day and participating therapists donated gifts to a popular raffle.

Workshops are available throughout the year and the next Health and Harmony Day is due to take place on Sunday, April 17, at the Haslewey Centre in Haslemere.
