HEADTEACHERS from four primary schools attended Monday's parish planning committee meeting to voice strong objections to plans to build a new junior school at Bohunt Manor.
Michele Frost, head of the Federation of Liphook Infant and Junior School spoke on behalf of Highfield and Brookham as well as Churcher's Junior College.
She said: "This proposal has raised several questions for us and our school community. The Federation of Liphook Infant and Junior School, alongside other existing primary schools, including independent schools, already meet the needs of the local population, and have the capacity to meet future demands.
"The publicity from the developers indicates we do not have this capacity – this is not true."
