WAVERLEY residents are invited to the borough’s third crime summit, which takes place later this month at Farnham Maltings.

The summit will see senior representatives from Surrey Police and Waverley Borough Council join Surrey Police and Crime Commissioner Kevin Hurley to talk about their work and hear from residents about the issues that matter to them and their communities.

The January 18 event is an opportunity for people in Waverley to hear about community safety work, raise issues that are affecting their lives, and discuss with all of the public agencies working in the area how they can work together to solve those problems.

There will be opportunities to ask questions and to talk to police officers, councillors and their partners working in community safety. The event runs from 7pm to 9pm.
