AFTER being adjourned in February, the enforcement appeal hearing over gypsies living on land east of Devil’s Lane in Liphook is due to be heard over four days, starting next week.
The hearing, starting at the Millennium Centre on Canada Way, Liphook, at 10am tomorrow follows an enforcement notice issued by East Hampshire District Council last year alleging a breach of planning control occurred when the siting of caravans for residential purposes occurred without planning permission.
The occupier Felix Connors appealed against the notice on grounds that planning permission should be granted.
