Former Rocky Sharpe and the Replays singer Paul Hudson will bring his show The Kings of Swing to The Ivy Lane Club in Farnham on May 12 at 7.45pm.

His career with the band saw him go on a nationwide tour of theatres with comedians Cannon and Ball.

They had top 20 hits with Rama Lama Ding Dong, which peaked at number 17 in 1978, and Shout! Shout! (Knock Yourself Out), which reached number 19 in 1982.

The Kings of Swing show will see Paul performing all the well-known hits by Sinatra and friends, from Come Fly With Me to Mack The Knife and everything in between.

There will be two 45-minute sessions, the first starting at about 8.15pm, to give an opportunity for a break in between at around 9pm for everyone to replenish their drinks.

The Ivy Lane Club is situated off Downing Street behind John Goodridge Menswear.

Tickets are available behind the bar in advance, priced £10, or on the night for £12.

Doors open for the concert at 7.45pm, but chilli con carne is available for anyone who would like to have dinner at the venue.

This should be booked in advance and costs an extra £7.50, and will be served from 7pm.
